We are going to use:
INGREDIENTS
2 - diced unpeeled red apples
2- diced unpeeled pears
1/2 cup of celery
1 bunch of lettuce
1/2 bunch of spinach
1- cup of diced pineapple
1 cup fat free flavor yogurt
walnut, almonds, sunflower seed if you like
In a large bowl put half of the fruit and veggies , then add the yogurt and mix thoroughly. Then add the rest of the ingredients and blend well. You can top it with walnuts or sunflower seed.
Serve with a white wine, like Torrontes that have pineapple aroma and goes well with this salad.
